Digital Printing.

Digital printing is all about printing exactly what you need, when you need it and eliminates the need to order more than you want. EPM Print Group started out as a digital print shop on the Sunshine Coast back in 2006.

Today, our experience and state-of-the art digital printing technology mean we can produce economical small print runs at exceptional quality in a short period of time.

Digital Printing is ideal for:

  • Lower minimum quantities eg. 25 or 50
  • Quick turnaround time
  • Business cards and letterheads
  • Thank you cards, postcards and invitations
  • Flyers and brochures
  • Direct mail with variable data (names, addresses, codes or numbers)

Our printing presses produce high-quality finishes on a variety of paper stocks from 60gsm to 400gsm. We can also add special effects in-house using clear, gold, silver or white ink.

The champion of our multifaceted approach to digital printing is an Indigo 7600, supported by a Xerox 1000i allowing us to deliver offset quality in a short timeframe. The Indigo offers unmatched versatility and the ability to print on a wide range of substrates that mimic offset print quality without the offset price tag and turnaround time.

With a dedicated finishing team on-site, the majority of digital printing jobs are processed within 24 hours.

Around the clock!

Offset Printing.

Offset printing is the most effective method of producing medium to high volume print runs of flyers, brochures or magazines and combines a top quality finish with an excellent cost solution.

The more you print, the cheaper the price per piece. You can print one colour or many colours, specific PMS colours or metallic inks and complete your job with a matt, gloss or satin varnish for protection.

Offset Printing is ideal for:

  • Large quantities of flyers or brochures
  • Magazines or yearbooks
  • Catalogues
  • Jobs requiring high quality with exceptional colour detail

Our Heidelberg five colour printing press is the star in our fleet of machines. This state-of-the-art technology offers superior image quality, colour profile memory and consistency.

It handles large print volumes with ease, promising super fast turnaround times and a greater selection of paper stocks.

What Is The Difference Between Offset & Digital Printing?

Offset Printing

  • Ideal for larger printing projects using large metal plates to transfer images to rubber sheets or “blankets”.
  • These sheets then transfer the image on to the paper via a rolling method.
  • Higher quality finish and better price for large quantities.
  • Examples include newspapers, magazines, brochures, stationery, post cards, signage and books.
Offset Printing

Digital Printing

  • Excels at producing on demand and short print runs quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Ideal for quick turnaround, personalised and easily modified images directly from your PDF file to the digital printer.
  • No need to create any plates with minimal setup time.
  • Examples include: outdoor banners, signage, floor graphics, promo items & direct mail.
